Born on March 20, 1969 in Cahors in the Lot, Fabien Galthie is an emblematic face of French rugby. Playing as a scrum half for US Colomiers and Stade Français during his career as a professional player, he also wore the XV de France jersey 64 times between 1993 and 2001. Champion of France in 2002, he was also a finalist in the 1999 World Cup with the France team..
